From the 1st of December, Clarence Melbourne Members will be migrated to a new billing and meeting room booking system, called OfficeRnD. OfficeRnD is an application designed for the serviced office industry.

How to access the Member Web Portal
The Member Portal enables members to self-serve and access a wide range of amenities from any desktop or mobile device.

How do I raise a helpdesk request?
To submit a new ticket, go to the Member Portal dashboard and click the “Submit New Ticket” button or navigate to Accounts > Tickets. Including detailed information in your ticket will assist our team in resolving your request more efficiently.
Meeting room bookings
Meeting room bookings made in Hostedsuite will be transferred to OfficeRND as of the deployment date. From that point onward, all new bookings must be made in OfficeRND through the Members Portal > Meeting Rooms.
How do I update my payment method?
Credit Card surcharge fees
We have switched to Stripe for processing credit card transactions. Stripe fees are 1.75% + A$0.30 for domestic cards and 3.5% + A$0.30 for international cards. These fees will be passed on to you, the customer.
Direct Debit surcharge fees
We have switched to Ezidebit for processing direct debit transactions. Ezidebit charges a fee of 99c per transaction, which will be passed on to you, the customer
How do I view my invoices?
Invoices are also accessible through the Billing menu by selecting “Invoices.”
Stationery updated design
The design of all stationery items has been updated (including Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes, and Statements). Below is an example of the new look for your invoices.
Telephone call chargers
Going forward, we will no longer display telephone usage per call on invoices, as OfficeRnD is not a telecom billing platform. On your OfficeRnD invoice, all outgoing calls—covering local, national, mobile, and international—will appear as a single line item. If you need a detailed breakdown of calls, we can provide a report upon request.
