Donna is the principal and founder of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution. She is an international negotiator, an accredited specialist mediator in Australia (LIV, NMAS) and New York, an arbitrator (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) and an advocate representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations. She teaches mediation, negotiation and arbitration for the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is on a number of panels as a neutral.
