Our mediation facilities are centrally located in premium locations in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Clarence Mediation Services Terms & Conditions
Booking Process
- Upon email confirmation of the booking request by Clarence, an invoice will be sent to the person/entity requesting the booking (Client) with the amount payable (the Booking Fee).
- The Booking Fee must be paid by the Client within 48 hours of issue in order to secure the Booking with Clarence.
- The Booking Fee excludes any additional services stipulated in the Clarence Services Guide and any catering services provided by Clarence not included in the above quote.
Usage of Facilities
- The Client will receive exclusive use of the rooms as agreed upon between Clarence and the Client for the time period specified in the booking.
- The Client will receive non-exclusive/shared access to the common areas (as specified by Clarence from time to time, but including the waiting area, co-working spaces and kitchen).
- Hours of access are between 8.30AM – 5.30PM, Monday to Friday, unless agreed by both parties beforehand.
- The Client must not use any space for an illegal purpose, cause a nuisance through the Client’s use of such areas or interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of any other Client, occupant or staff member of Clarence. Breach of this provision will result in the immediate termination of services by Clarence (with no refund provided).
- If any property of the Client remains on Clarence’s premises after the Booking, Clarence may dispose of that property at its own discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to Clarence by e-mail to ua.moc.puorgopc@lautriv.
- If notice of cancellation is provided more than 72 hours prior to the booking, a full refund will be given.
- If notice of cancellation is provided between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the booking date, 50% of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
- If notice of cancellation is provided less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, no refund will be given.
Indemnity
- The Client is liable for and indemnifies Clarence from and against all actions, claims, demands and damages for which Clarence may become liable or suffer in respect of:
- damage to any equipment and property arising out of the actions of the Client and/or any persons accompanying the Client;
- injury or death arising out of the actions of the Client and/or its party; or
- any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Clarence accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of the property of the Client or of any third party accompanying the Client.
Other Payment Obligations
- The Client is responsible for all outstanding costs associated with the booking they have placed.
