It’s straightforward: your only fixed costs are your office rental and telecommunications. Office rental includes day-to-day operations, electricity, maintenance, fit-out, furniture and – of course – café facilities and Wi-Fi.

Our agreements can run month-to-month, keeping everything simple, flexible and economical.

Private serviced office options range from $800 to $15,000 per month and accommodate 1-20 people.
