Booking a meeting room at Clarence is done via an external system called Hostedsuite. Once you sign up with Clarence, you will receive your own login.
Our member services team will provide you with detailed instruction on how to book a meeting room.
We do recommend booking at least a day in advance to ensure your booking is secure, however, no time required in advance as long as the room is available.
