Booking a meeting room at Clarence is done via an external system called Hostedsuite. Once you sign up with Clarence, you will receive your own login.

How far in advance do I need to book a meeting room?
We do recommend booking at least a day in advance to ensure your booking is secure, however, no time required in advance as long as the room is available.
