How to Refer
Simply complete the form on this webpage, including the contact information of you and your referrals, plus the service they have expressed interest in.
Referrals are uncapped, so for every eligible referral that becomes a new Clarence member, you can pick up another bottle!
Timing is key – Referrals must be made before the referred party contacts or engages with Clarence.

Serviced Office referrals must sign for min. one month and Virtual member referrals must maintain a membership for min. three months to be eligible.
Terms & Conditions
Referral Eligibility
- To be eligible for a referral reward, the referrer must be aged 18 years or over.
- Referrals are not valid where the referrer and the referred party are the same person.
- If a referral is submitted multiple times from different referrers, only the first valid referral received will be eligible for the reward.
Eligibility for Referred Party (New Business)
- A ‘referred party’ must be a genuinely new client/customer to Clarence and must not have engaged with our services/products previously.
How to Refer
- Referrals must only be submitted via the Clarence website at www.clarenceprofessionalgroup.com.au/refer
- Referrals must be made prior to the referred party initiating contact or engaging with Clarence.
The Reward
- A referral reward will be provided to the referrer.
- The reward is provided to the referee only when the referred signs an agreement for serviced office services for greater than one (1) month and/or maintains a virtual membership for greater than three (3) months. This qualifying action must be completed within 60 days of the referral date.
- Community membership referrals are exempt from this promotion.
- The reward is not redeemable for cash, unless specified.
- Any applicable taxes on referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the referrer.
Can I Choose A Different Reward?
Yes! Let us know what you would prefer, and upon successful completion of the referral, we will organise an alternative reward of equivalent or less value as the original reward you were eligible for.
Payment/Redemption of Reward
- Rewards will be processed within 14 days of the referred party fulfilling the qualifying criteria.
- Referrers will be notified by email once their reward is ready for collection.
- Rewards are to be collected from a Clarence location of the referrer’s choice.
Privacy and Consent
- By providing contact details for a referred party, the referrer confirms they have obtained the express consent of the referred party to share their information with Clarence for the purpose of receiving communication about our services/products.
- Referrers must inform the referred party that their details will be passed on to Clarence.
- All personal information collected will be handled in accordance Clarence’s Privacy Policy, available at www.clarenceprofessionalgroup.com.au/privacy-policy/

Program Changes & Termination
- Clarence reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program or these terms and conditions at any given time without prior notice
General Conditions
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
- This referral program is void where prohibited by law.
