As Legal Practitioner Director for LaBlack Lawyers Pty Ltd, I practice exclusively in Property Law in Queensland.
In 2017, I completed my specialist accreditation and joined a small group of practitioners in Queensland who are able to call themselves Accredited Specialists. I now proudly sit as one of only 29 Property Law (Qld) Accredited Specialists.
In my work, I have built up a reputation for protecting the rights of my clients across a broad range of property law matters. I am committed and focused on getting the best results for my clients and pride myself on providing thorough, straightforward and practical advice.
I was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2011 having completed a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Queensland, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.
I assist both organisations and private clients in all property law related matters such as:
Queensland property acquisitions and disposals;
Commercial property matters including leases, developments, transactions and disputes;
Subdivisions and development projects; and
Queensland Retirement Village leases.
In addition to the above, I assist other legal professionals in the property law space as a specialist consultant to the profession (including in-house support and legal teams) and by acting as a Court-Appointed Statutory Trustee for Sale.
Prior to starting LaBlack Lawyers Pty Ltd, I worked as a Senior Associate managing the property law and commercial law team at a Brisbane and Sunshine Coast firm.
I love being part of a community and using my particular skill set to enhance the community to which I belong.
I believe in the value of building long-lasting relationships that go beyond commodity-based engagement and I aim to provide a thorough, timely and efficient solution or resolution to any given issue.
If I can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
